Rates & Areas Served



Standard Rate:
$105 per hour. $25 Travel-fee per appointment in Manhattan and northern Brooklyn (other areas additional). $700 per day (8 hours). Billed on completion of work. Urgent Services (ie, same day or next day) are billed at $155 per hour, plus standard travel fee.

Established Client Rate:
$85 per hour, no travel fees ($600 per day). Established clients pay an annual service fee that includes incidental telephone and remote support. Annual fees vary by size of business, but start at $600 per year (ie, for a group of 1-3 employees/workstations). Billed on completion or invoiced monthly.

Retainer Rate:
$90 per hour ($650 per day), no travel fees. Retainer clients enjoy incidental telephone and e-mail support at no additional charge. Retainers vary by size of business and anticipated use of services. Monthly activity statements detail charges and balance.

Service Level Agreement
Based on anticipated monthly usage, a service level agreement ensures a set number of service hours each month, negotiated yearly. This type of agreement can provide substantial savings over an hourly, established, or even retainer rate. Also includes a 24 hour assured response to critical and urgent technical needs and unlimited telephone and remote support. Billed bi-monthly.

Telephone and Remote Support
$15 per incident, $1 per minute. Billed monthly.

Clients in areas not serviced by mass transit will incur additional travel fees.



Areas Served in NYC:

- All neighborhoods of Manhattan
- Northern Brooklyn, including: Brooklyn Heights, Downtown, Flatbush, Park Slope, Ft Greene & Clinton Hill, Carrol Gardens, Boreum Hill.

-The Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island are served based on schedule availability and will incur additional travel fees.

Tri-State and Beyond

Schmidt Consulting primarily serves New York City businesses. Projects elsewhere are considered on a case-by-case basis.
