General Information
Prior to scheduling an appointment, please review our rates and frequently asked questions.
Typically schedulings can be accomdated within 3-4 days
of the initial request, though we ask that you schedule as early as possible for routine services. Urgent requests can usually be accomdated (same day/next day), but will incur a highly hourly billing rate.
Urgent service appointments should be scheduled via telephone, not by this online form.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you work with PCs?
A: We have a few business PC-only clients.
We do not support individual home users with a single PC.
We will support PCs running various versions of Windows or Linux on networks that we administer.
Q: Do you sell hardware and software?
A: We sell consulting services and software that we develop (we don't resell software). We will occasionally make re-imburseable purchases on your behalf, but we do not "sell" hardware, and will typically recommend you to reliable vendors for actual purchase of any neccessary items.
